Palatial home of Lewis Pierce, the pioneer. His so, the late Judge William Pierce inherited the home and named it Willotta in 1900. It stood just south of the Rockville Road at Suisun Creek in what is now "Willotta Oaks."
Solano County California - Shiloh Church, on Shilooh Road midway between Denverton and Birds Landing. (Sec 29, T4n, R1e.) Built by Cumberland Prespbyterians in 1876. This building replaced the chruch destroyed by fire December 26, 1875. Such pioneer names as John Lambie, Samuel Steward, John Bird and James Blacklock appear in the church minute book of that periold..
