At the Union Iron Works, San Francisco, April 28, 1904.  Her principal dimensions are as follows: Length on load water line, 502 feet; extreme breadth, 69 1/2, feet; mean draught, 24 feet 1 inch; extreme draught, 26 feet 6 inches; displacement, 13.440 tons.
