Poor road conditions brought the citizenry together

Abstract: "Good or Poor Roads. Messrs. Citizens of Vacaville Township, which will you have?" opened the Reporter on Thursday afternoon, Feb. 13, 1890. Deteriorating road conditions and especially the lack of well-designed connector streets, created hardships for many local citizens.
