ABSTRACT: Commemorative brochure highlighting the life and political career of Bill Carroll. Mr. Carroll was a longtime City Councilman and Mayor of the City of Vacaville. A career that spaned 20 years, Mr. Carroll served as City Councilman from 1970-72, 76-78, and Mayor from 1972-76, 1978-1990. Bill and his wife Marge owned and operated the Vacaville Music store in Downtown Vacaville. This brochure was handed out during a reception at the Nut Tree restaurant on January 4, 1991. A program of events is also included: Welcome speech by Tom McNunn, Presentation by John Thompson, and closing remarks by William J. Carroll.
